OAK (QUERCIA)
This apartment (Oak) it is situated to
the first floor of our Villino Cecilia. Oak has three
splendid rooms each with his own bath with shower. Two of
these have the bath in room, the third one has a beautiful
bath with window on the garden. Excellently heated in the
cold periods is furnished additionally of conditioned air
for making the very comforting environment in the warm
periods of the year.
Every room has one or two windows down in the garden or
toward Vatican City. All the rooms are furnished with TV,
conditioned air and connection to internet either wirless
then by cable.
In the Kitchen there are also a great table with chairs.
Oak has a beautiful ample terrace with table and parasol,
with sight on the garden and on Rome to which is entered
from the spacious kitchen, equipped of everything.
We can entertain in this apartment from a minimum of 5 to a
maximum of 10 people. Perfect for ample family groups. Small
pets can be welcomed also.
In the price of the stay they are inclusive the costs of
light, gas, linen and towels, daily service of cleanings and
ingredients for the breakfast. The change of the towels as a
rule every three days, the change of the sheets every five.
The guests can freely go down besides in the underlying
garden where they will cheerfully be welcomed by Cecilia our
beautiful Labrador
RATES. can change from 140 to
250 Euros per night,
according to the season and of the number of the nights.
